The 2006 Parade of Homes to be Hosted at
The Bluffs at Winding Creek

The HBA has announced that The Bluffs at Winding Creek in McKinney has been selected as the site of the 2006 Parade of Homes.

"This well located community surrounding winding creek views provides a wonderful setting for continuing the tradition of showcasing Dallas' best in new homes," said HBA Executive Vice President Bob Morris.

Eight home sites are available, and the proposed price range is $750,000 and up. The Bluffs are situated at Virginia Parkway and Hardin Road in McKinney.

"With the promotional campaign planned for this event, we're expecting attendance at the 2006 Parade of Homes exceeding 40,000," stresses HBA Director of Special Events Sandra Harlow.

The projected time frame of this Parade will be May-June 2006.

The Builder entry fee is $4,500 of which $1,500 can be refunded, provided the builder meets critical deadlines during the planning process. A deposit toward the lot purchase will also be required.

The official Lot Draw will be held June 7th and lots must be closed before August 1, 2005.
