Bridge Construction Concludes at The Hills of Kingswood,
Phase I Development Well Underway

Construction on the Rock Creek Parkway dual access bridges is now complete, and development of roads and services for Phase I has commenced.

Additionally, to preserve existing trees and aid their growth, The Hills of Kingswood will double as a temporary tree farm for the duration of the various development stages.

Phase I at The Hills of Kingswood will feature 124 acres on 114 homesites.
