Tower Group Teams Up with John Muse for
Polo Club Estates

On April 2, the Tower Group completed the purchase of 91 acres located on the southern end of Paloma Parkway Peninsula near Lake Lewisville. The property lies adjacent to 80 acres purchased this past fall by Mr.John Muse of HM Capital Partners.

The Tower Group will develop the resort-style residences at the 171 acre Polo Club Estates, with Mr. Muse taking the reins on the planned world class polo facilities.

A compelling exploration in next generation residential design and sport/luxury placemaking, the polo field and barn will be built along two properties, occupying approximately eight percent of the Tower Group's 91 acres. The Tower Group will design the Estate Lots to complement the polo facility while optimizing views along Lake Lewisville's immaculate frontage. Access to Polo Club Estates will be significantly enhanced by the completion of the Dallas North Tollway extension to Highway 380, due by the end of 2007.

With lush trees and a neighboring 100 acre nature preserve on the exclusive gated community's southern end, Polo Club Estates will become the crowning jewel on Lake Lewisville overnight.
